Where do you ship from? we ship from various places but our main shipping is from Hong Kong 

Can I Cancel My Order?  yes you can cancel your order as long as you cancel within 12 hours, any time after that will be declined, if you do cancel your order on time, you will receive a full refund.

When will my order be processed? All orders are processed and handled from our warehouse, please allow extra time during the holidays and seasonal events.
